You Are Not Alone. Our support groups are peer-led and offer participants an opportunity to share their experiences and gain support from other attendees facing similar circumstances.
The Mental Health Awareness Gallery’s goal is to build a support network of mental health resources in a gallery setting that showcase artwork by people in recovery diagnosed with mental health disorders. We now have both this virtual space as well as a Gallery in Hudson, NY.
